Rules of Stay:

Check In Time 2.00 PM; Check Out Time is strictly 10.00 AM. Any over stay will be charged @ Rs.150/- per hour or part thereof.
Extra beds beyond those mentioned in your confirmation are chargeable at the rate specified in the Tariff Structure of St. Leonard’s, Nainital. Please ask for a copy upon your arrival.
Miscellaneous services such as Kitchen Assistant and Driver may be available upon request and advance payment. Pick up and drop off facility to The Mall is also available upon advance intimation and payment. All these services are in any case subject to availability.
Owing to an on-going power and water crisis in Kumaon hills please co-operate with the management during supply problems.
Please hand-over the room to the staff at the time of check out.
Please deposit the keys to your Apartment at the Reception when temporarily leaving the property.
Please do not remove any articles from your apartment else they will be charged to you. Breakages are also chargeable to the Guest’s Bill.

Terms & Conditions:

Taxes, as applicable, will be charged separately unless specified.
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment in advance.
Two children below 5 years are allowed free stay with their parents without extra bed.
Single Occupant is liable to pay full room rent. However, in packages the package cost may be reduced by 25% of package price.
Any additional night will be charged on pro-rata basis.
Cancellations: a) 25% of cost will be forfeited for cancellations made 10 days before date of arrival. B) 50% of cost will be forfeited for cancellations made between 10 days and 72 hours of arrival date. c) No refund in any case for cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date. Preponement and postponement of any booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation charges as specified.
Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of delay / cancellation of flights or in any other mode of arrival transport due to weather or other natural cause will be treated as a cancellation. Right to withhold / resell occupancy will be St.Leonard’s.
St.Leonard’s has the right to revise / suspend any tariff / package /facilities at any point of time without any notice or can refund the advance received. The holder of any booking will not have any claim against the same for any reason thereof.
St.Leonard’s will be not be liable in any case for any loss / damage / injury to guests or their property. House rules apply during stay, please ask for a copy.
Right of Admission reserved
All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Uttaranchal courts only.
