So far we have tried to keep this a free of charge website and managed quite well in doing so for the last seven years. However, lack of sponsorship has forced us to look for other options. The sponsorship from ATS, MEXX and others did help us a lot initially but it was not enough to cover the entire cost of operating this website. Since 2000 our website has just grown exponentially and continues to do so till date. For our long term sustenance we have decided to charge a small annual membership fee so that the operational costs can be shared amongst us OS.

On the advice of like-minded OS, we have decided to charge a nominal membership fee of Rs.600/-* per annum. Membership can be paid in advance for up to 5 years i.e. Rs.3000*. For those paying in dollars the amount will work out to US $17* (inclusive of conversion and paypal charges) per annum or US $85* for 5 years (or the equivalent in another currency). If anyone wants to contribute more - it is absolutely fine with us but the membership validity would still remain 5 years. Some of the sections / features on the website are password protected and would henceforth be available to Members only.

It is also needless to mention that the Membership Fee would not apply to ex-staff of Sherwood or All Saints.

Also those who have made contribution in the past need not send the membership fees. Please check the Members page.

After sending the membership amount please fill up the Payment Intimation Form.
