Answer:

1. Start Internet Explorer.
   
   
2. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
   
   
3. Click on the Security tab.
   
   
4. Click the Custom Level button.
   
   
5. Scroll down to the Cookies section. 
   To enable: Set Allow cookies that are stored on your computer to Enable. 
   Set Allow per-session cookies to Enable. 
   
   
6. Click OK.
